Welcome to our 1000th subscriber. I’m immensley proud and grateful to be wrapped in so much love. I’m still processing, still a bit stunned to parse much meaning from what’s happened.
I realize these are small moments—seemingly insignificant in the grander scheme of things. But to me, it matters, for a few reasons. First, I’ve been walking this earth long enough to know that value is not determined by your amount of readers, but someone else affirming and supporting your hard, daily work is just an incredible feeling.
Second, celebrating milestones—even when they are small—is what makes my journey more fun.
The third reason this moment matters—and maybe the most important reason—is that I was reminded that I don’t need to have tomorrow figured out. I only need to figure out right now.
Most of all, I’m grateful.
I’d write this blog even if no one read it, but that the fact that you do, that you subscribe to it and share it, that’s my fuel.
