Independent recommendations

This website is an independent, personal platform about books, ideas, writers, and the stories behind them.

I select books and other recommendations based on my own editorial judgment, curiosity, and interests. Recommendations are not determined by payments, commissions, advertising arrangements, or other commercial incentives.

No affiliate links

I currently do not use affiliate links or participate in affiliate programs on this website.

I do not currently receive a commission when you purchase a book, product, or service through a link on this website.

No recommendation, book review, or link on this website is currently made with the expectation of receiving an affiliate commission.

If you encounter older or inconsistent affiliate-related wording elsewhere on this website, it may reflect a previous version of the site. This disclosure reflects my current practice: I do not currently use affiliate links, participate in affiliate programs, or receive affiliate commissions.

No sponsored content

I do not currently publish sponsored reviews, sponsored recommendations, or paid editorial content.

If this changes in the future, I will clearly disclose any relevant commercial relationship.

Editorial independence

The books I write about are selected because I find them interesting, worthwhile, thought-provoking, useful, entertaining, or otherwise relevant to the subjects explored on this website.

A publisher, author, bookstore, platform, or other third party does not pay me to give a book a positive review or recommendation.

Receiving a review copy or other complimentary material, where applicable, does not guarantee coverage or a positive opinion.

My views are my own.

Book links and external links

This website may contain links to publishers, authors, bookstores, libraries, websites, interviews, podcasts, videos, and other external resources.

These links are provided to help readers explore a book, author, idea, or source further.

At present, these links are not affiliate links, and I do not receive a commission from purchases made through them.

I am not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or policies of external websites.

Accuracy and corrections

I make a reasonable effort to ensure that information published on this website is accurate and presented in good faith.

However, books, authors, publishers, prices, availability, publication details, and external websites can change.

If you notice an error or believe information on this website should be corrected, you are welcome to contact me.

Changes to this disclosure

I may update this page if the way this website is funded, operated, or monetized changes.

Any future affiliate relationship, sponsored content, or other material commercial relationship will be disclosed clearly and updated on this page where relevant.
