Hi Lisanne, what is the funniest Wi-Fi name you have seen in your entire life?
That might just be the most original reader’s question I’ve been asked so far—and I love to answer this one.
You’d think setting up a router would be a boring, purely functional task—but somehow, it’s become this unexpected outlet for humor sometimes.
The best one I can remember is “Ik weet het niet”—Dutch for “I don’t know.” The first time I encountered it my friend asked me the Wi-Fi name as I already had access to it, and without thinking, I replied with, ‘I don’t know’. It brought a fun, little loop of misunderstanding—This Wi-Fi name was perfectly designed for confusion.
