It’s exciting to see how clean meat companies like Memphis Meats are focused on making a positive change. It’s also great to see backing from some of the world’s top investors, meat industry leaders and groups.

Football Stadium transformed into a lush forest

Via CNN Climate I recently came to hear that the Wörthersee Football Stadium in Austria has been transformed into a lush forest. It’s a great example of how art can push social change forward. Planting trees with hot air balloons and paragliders

This is another thing that I haven’t seen before. Seedballs that are planted by throwing them from the air. I came across this video from the Instagram of Leonardo Dicaprio on which is shown how Kenyans are replanting vanishing forests in an extraordinary way. How Mr. Trash Wheel is going to fight plastic pollution locally

Plastic might be not so fantastic, but Mr. Trash Wheel is perhaps the local next best thing. Lately I’ve found this great philanthropic idea to change cities for the better. Mr. Trash Wheel from Baltimore is basically a vessel powered by solar sells and water wheels, that removes trash from the water.
